Radiance Salon and Spa – Cancellation Policy At Radiance Salon and Spa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best service to all of our guests, we ask that you respect the following cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled. If the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% charge. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us respect the time of our service providers and other guests.
